Welcome

L’Auberg’Ine,
bistronomic restaurant in Morbihan

L’Auberg’Ine · Maisons Glenn Anna · Bistronomic Restaurant Morbihan

Warm and friendly bistro

In the main street of the village, the bistronomic restaurant of the Auberg'Ine reveals a particularly warm atmosphere: green benches and tables in the purest tradition of Parisian brasseries and small bistros where people come to meet and share a good gourmet moment, a few barrels, exposed beams tinted gray for light and elegance, a dominant green and decorative elements which pay homage to the wine world, source of passion and inspiration of the Larvoir family.

The unmissable wine wall, which serves as a menu, subtly indicates that you are here among fine connoisseurs, lovers of good tastes and the pleasures of the table.

Sandrine and Nicolas settled here in 2015, after passing through the Auberge, with the desire to create a friendly place in the center of Sainte-Anne-d'Auray, where each guest finds their place and is received with simplicity and thoughtfulness, as it would be with friends.

This bistronomic restaurant in Morbihan reveals the ideal atmosphere for tasting dishes inspired by local produce, products and traditions, revisited with a touch of modernity and audacity by Chef Nicolas Legrand.

Traditional cuisine
with creative accents

Dishes with sincere and authentic tastes, enhanced with a creative and modern touch: in this bistronomic restaurant in Morbihan, you can enjoy traditional cuisine which is firstly inspired by the products of local suppliers and takes, thanks to the audacity and to the chef's know-how, more modern accents.

Revisiting the spirit of the times, inspired by the tastes of the time, without losing the authenticity of the products: this is the recipe of this chef who, after his BTS in oenology during which he met Sandrine, learned the trade with Jean-Luc, generous, passionate and deeply attached to his local producers.

So, faithful to the desire to please which characterizes the Maisons Glenn Anna, chef Nicolas takes inspiration from local products, dares to boldly combine two ingredients, adds a spice which boosts here and there, while retaining the simplicity which characterizes the bistro spirit: no more than three ingredients on the plate, to keep the good, honest tastes of comforting and tasty dishes...

The wine wall

At the bistronomic table of the Auberg’Ine, it is at the wine wall that we come to choose the bottle that will accompany our tastings.

Sandrine advises according to dishes and tastes, among the numerous references of good value for money and affordable wines, from the estates with which the family works and from which it obtains directly.

Some are particularly rare, because in allocation, others are among our favorites.

The entire selection is validated by the family, to offer you a choice of entry-level bottles, from winegrowers from Burgundy, the Côtes du Rhône, the neighboring Loire Valley and even Bordeaux.
